TERMS OF SERVICE

By agreeing to these terms you agree that you have read them in their entirety. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all orders are final sale. If your product melts in transit, the order is not eligible for a refund. If your order is damaged in transit, you must file a claim with USPS. If your order is lost in transit, you must file a claim with the Shipping Provider. Once an order is placed, it can not be changed or amended. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order ship?

Once your  payment has been received & successfully processed, your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days via USPS. Shipments could be shipped sooner.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use that tracking number to track orders via USPS website.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is NOT available at this time.

What if my package is lost of stolen?
BLOOMIN’ BEAUTI LLC will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages that have a CONFIRMED delivery to the address entered for an order. If requested, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information & shipping carrier information for the customer to further investigate.

Do you offer free shipping?
YES! Shipping is free nationwide!

What if I put the wrong address?

You have 24 hours to contact us to change address. Email us at [email protected] to change address before your order is shipped. Please ensure that you are providing the correct shipping address. We will not be held accountable for goods being delivered to the wrong address. Please double check shipping information before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase made with Bloomin' Beauti LLC. Due to the sensitive nature of our handmade products, we don’t provide returns or cancellations. However, this does not apply if there is an error on our behalf. With that, we are more than happy to provide an exchange for all unused product or a refund. If there is a scenario outside of this scope, please follow up via email, [email protected]. Your satisfaction is our number one concern.

Do you offer discounts?

We love saving money just like you, so we send you a discount with your order. We offer surprise discounts on holidays as well!

Are your products safe?

All of our products are made from natural & organic ingredients. We do recommend a patch test prior to usage to insure no allergic reaction. 

Are your products homemade?

All of our products are handmade inside our home with love. Our products are made in a safe and sterilize home environment. All tool and containers are sterilized before every use to ensure your safety. 

When will I see results?

Different strokes for different folks. Everyone sees results differently, some may see results in weeks & some may see results in months. To ensure you are receiving the results that you desire we highly recommend that you:     

  1. CLIP THOSE ENDS! (Get rid of split ends if you have them. It is good to get your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks.)
  2. REFRESH THOSE STRANDS! (Wash & condition your hair weekly, biweekly or as needed. Never wash your hair more than twice in one week!) 
  3. USE ALL PRODUCTS! (Consistently use our products daily or at least 3x a week. Consistency is key!)
  4. NO HEAT! (Minimize heat usage. If necessary use low heat settings for blow drying, straightening or curling your hair.)
  5. KEEP YOUR HAIR MOISTURIZED! (We highly recommend keeping your hair hydrated. Once your hair is dry it begins to break and become damaged. You should also be using a protein treatment in your hair every 6-8 weeks or as time permits itself.)
  6. MOISTURE LOCKS IN THE PRODUCTS! ( It is best to use hair growth oils and moisturizers while hair is damp.) 

Does your products work for all hair types? 

Yes lovely. Our products are made for all hair types & for all women, men & children.
