Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

The Herb Supplier does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This includes opened, unopened, used, or unused products.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including product selection, quantity, and shipping address.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we will review eligible shipping insurance claims when applicable.
