All orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other carrier-related delays.
Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, The Herb Supplier is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.
To help protect your purchase, shipping insurance is included in the pricing of all orders. If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please use your tracking information and shipping insurance details to file a claim with the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Herb Supplier is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
